Your satisfaction with the artworks from ArtLo-Design is important to us.
Unless otherwise agreed, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

Returning the Artwork
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the artwork must be returned to us within 14 days.
Please ensure that the artwork is carefully packaged and adequately protected to prevent damage during return shipping.
To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Wherever possible, the original packaging should be used.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned artwork or proof that it has been shipped back.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork unless the return is due to shipping damage, a material defect, or an error on our part.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalised artworks;
- commissioned artworks created specifically at the customer's request;
- digital products or downloadable files;
- gift vouchers, where applicable.
