Art sales:
Your satisfaction with the offered artworks is important to us. Although all sales on this website are generally final, we understand that special circumstances may arise. Therefore, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days from the day without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

The revocation must be made in a clear statement (e.g. by email)
It is important to ensure that the item is in perfect condition when returning.
Return conditions:
Make sure the artwork is securely packed to avoid damage during the return shipment.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The returned items must be in perfect condition.
Refund process:
- Revocation in writing
- The goods must be returned within 10 days after the revocation
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Fees and costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

- Customized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable art prints and individual prints
Reduced items:
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Reduced items are excluded from refund.

- We reserve the right to make changes to our products and prices at any time.
- In addition, we reserve the right to refuse orders placed through our website. In the event of changes or cancellations of an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the e-mail address or telephone number provided.
