Five of my works were selected for the international group exhibition “PINK: A Spectrum of Emotion” and are presented in the virtual show.
Three of the selected pieces explore pink as a layered and partially ruptured surface. Acrylic, texture paste, and fine crack structures create relief areas that respond to light and generate depth. Dense material zones meet softer transitions. The tension emerges through material contrast.
These works are complemented by “2 Things Pink I & II.” In these pieces, pink is embedded within a clear vertical structure. A physically built central band both separates and connects two color fields. Gold, black, and violet interact with pink, creating architectural clarity.
Within spatial concepts, the works function not as color accents but as structural elements. They react to light conditions, cast shadows, and shift depending on viewing distance.
